If Mitt, jebward the 367th, or da fat ass joisey beach ball,  wins the repuke nomination, I will vote for what ever piece of garbage the progtards throw out there.

Have a good day and I mean that.

From the looks of things in the US political arena for the 2016 GOP nomination you have Bush, Romney, Huckabee, Christie, Rubio, Walker, Cruz, Jindal and Carson in order of likely win. From what I’ve gathered the Democrats have Clinton and Biden possibly to be joined by a drafted Liz Warren [though the smart kids know Warren or Deval Patrick are the lock for VP if Hillary is the nominee]. Voting against your party’s candidate is political suicide for the Right simply because it verifies one of the canards about the Right –purity comes before party. Refusing to even see the center is far more destructive to the GOP’s ultraconservative wing than the gaffes they generate during a national election cycle.

My suggestion? conservative purists should break away and form a third party. If the majority of voters in America are truly conservatives then you will have the legislative and executive branches firmly in hand by 2020 and shortly after the judicial by nominations.

    Sarah.

I would hardly call Mitt, jebward, or the beach ball Conservative. miss lindsay would also fall into the rino/diablo category. None of these repukes will win the General Election anyway.

“The Center” in your language means those who wear a (r) after their name but do progtardias bidding.

A third party is becoming more and more viable by the day. Stooges boehner and mcconnell can either take a hard right turn or they can watch the repub party die.

Barry Goldwater would be a centrist in today’s politics coming from the Right. Ronald Reagan today would likely be rejected by conservative purists because of his liberal approaches in governing California. The center is still the center and will be seen again if HRC is elected and there will be a renewal of working across the aisle in Congress to get things done. Obama has been a boon for fundraisers, pundits and bloggers but he polarizes the political machine so much that nothing gets done. With a new person, no matter who, in the White House in 2017 there will be a spring thaw, leading to a summer of revival in American politics. No one side will get everything they want, but the American Middle Class will be the beneficiaries of more jobs, higher wages and economic growth of a sort that hasn’t been seen in 60 years. In that case both sides can claim victory and sing America the beautiful on the capitol steps.

A third party would be good for American politics because it would clearly more represent what the American people want. A third conservative party already has a 30 million voter base that would likely run state governments for the next 2 decades. As a national party they may pick up a few dozen House seats and might squeak out a Senate seat or two in the Midwest.

Things in Hell, btw, are great; hot and dry as it always is this time of year.

“I find it rather nauseating to see prominent Americans, including Ophra Winfrey, current President George W. Bush and past President, William Clinton, among others, clamouring to honor Martin Luther King.

First of all His name wasn’t Martin Luther. It was Michael. His father changed his name and his son’s name. He never legally changed his name and he lived and died as Michael King. While working on his dissertation for his doctoral degree at Boston University, he heavily plagiarized from another author who had done research on a subject similar to King’s. An academic committee later found that over half of King’s work was plagiarized, yet would not revoke his doctorate. As King was dead by this time, the committee ruled that revoking the title would serve no purpose. King’s famous “I Have A Dream” speech was also not his own. He stole it from a sermon by Archibald Carey, a popular black preacher in the 1950’s.

King was under FBI surveillance until he died due to his ties with communist organizations throughout the country. King accepted money from the organizations to fund his movements. In return, King had to appoint communist leaders to run certain districts of his SCLC (Southern Christian Leadership Conference), who then could project their communist ideas to larger audiences. One of King’s closest friends, Rev. Ralph Abernathy, wrote a book in 1989 in which he talked about King’s obsession with white prostitutes. King would often use church donations to have drunken sex parties, yet he was married with four children.

Last Monday was “Martin Luther King” Day. A day when The United States of America can have parades and memorials to honor this man, whom the world views as a saint for his role in the civil rights movement. No other public holiday in the United States honours a single individual. Of all the great leaders in that nation’s history – none of them have their own holiday. Even past presidents share President’s Day. Yet King – an unprincipled charlatan, plagiarizer and adulterer gets a day of his own. Perhaps it is time for “African” Americans to face the facts about this fraud and find something more worthwhile to do with their time.”

Steele is way off base here. Sure there is a very, very small element of American Christians that are willing to use violence to make their case, but fortunately all of them wouldn’t fill an IHOP. There are also another few thousand who like to hear what these people do but the lot of them would be less than the crowd at an NFL or even an NBA game. Americans like comfort and to be a radical violent fanatic means giving up comfort. Civilized people argue while the uncivilized resort to violence.

Dr Tiller’s murderer Scott Roeder for one was a follower of the Army of God a “pro-life” militant Christian group. This group also claimed responsibility for “activating” Eric Rudolph. The AOG is described as a Christian terror group by the SPLC.

      3. Tim Post author

Anyone can be describe as a “Christian Terror Group” by the splc. Give the splc 20 dollars and I could have you so labeled.

Stick around Sarah. Not today but soon we can have a Theological Debate. It should prove interesting.

        🙂

      4. neocon01

so if someone killed hitler would they be a murderer?
The man who aborted killer tiller saved possibly thousands of lives whether a “Christian” or a commie.
Defense of those who can not defend themselves is not murder, much like a cop who would shoot someone in the process of raping you after killing your mother.

after all abortion is a “choice” isnt it?

      5. sarahbloch

I doubt if a donation to the SPLC will get anyone labelled a terrorist. The AOG has many times aligned itself with pro-life groups willing to do violence that follow a doctrine called the Second Defensive Action Statement.

      6. neocon01

        proof of this sarah?
who are they? how many are there? how many have they killed?
does the splc call the nation of islam, or the new black panther party terrorists and killers?
        or dont bro’s get counted?

      7. Tim Post author

There is a Commandment. The Command states that “Thou shall do no murder”

One can not murder in Jesus’s name. There is no Biblical basis for your statement. Eric Rudolph and the AOG can align themselves with who ever they want. They are no more “Christians” than those idiots at westboro.

The reason the Tea Party Nation is listed as a hate group is because contrary to the Constitution they feel anyone who is a Muslim is not fit to be an elected representative.

      10. neocon01

        sarah;
Defending those who cant defend themselves is not (IMHO) murder……we do it all the time and it is called war, police, and self defense……GZ
I do not condone aborting those who slaughter children in the womb, however I can not condemn it any more than a cop killing a perp in the commission of a felony.

      11. sarahbloch

Okay Neocon1 I’ll play. So a member of ISIS in the United States finds out where a drone driver in the Air Force lives takes him hostage and kills him because he fears his children will be killed in Yemen and to save other children’s lives. So by your thinking this is a justified killing, defense of those who cannot defend themselves?

      12. neocon01

        a strawman “argument”,
isis is the killer tiller’s of the world, and need to be dispatched to your neck of the woods asap.

      13. Majordomo Pain

It isn’t a strawman at all Neocon1. You say the death of Tiller saved hundreds of unborn while my hypothetical may save hundreds as well. I find both scenarios would be murder.

      14. neocon01

contrary to the Constitution they feel anyone who is a Muslim is not fit to be an elected representative.

Colonel Allen West Responds To Sharpton’s ‘Oscars Are Too White’ Controversy With a Modest Proposal

West, never shy about pushing back against black leaders such as Sharpton, pointed out that this is only the second time in the last twenty years that only white folks were nominated for best actor, actress or director.

        He then concluded with this:

But I’ll tell you where there IS a clear pattern of racism. It’s in the NFL!

I did a quick review of the starting line-ups for the four playoff teams (Seahawks, Packers, Colts and Patriots) and 65 percent of those players are black. I’d say that’s a little lop-sided, wouldn’t you — considering blacks make up only around 14 percent of the U.S. population.

And don’t get me started on the racism in the NBA!

If you want to talk about no diversity in honoring excellence, look at the recipients of the Most Valuable Player awards over the last 58 years.

It’s shocking! Seventy-eight percent of all MVPs in history have been black! Boy, I’d say the NBA is way too black. We ought to hold an emergency meeting to discuss possible action against the NBA, right Al? I mean it’s simply not FAIR.

In the NBA, it’s like outer space Al — the higher you get, the darker it gets.

What we have here is the Fork crew playing moral equivalency.

Lets take the drone Operator. More than likely it is member of the United States Air Force. When that person joined the Air Force he took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States. In that Constitution you will find archaic things like Freedom of Religion and Freedom of Speech.

Now take the isis terrorist. He is dedicated to to bringing about the caliphate where where all non muzzies have to pay a tax and accept being 2nd class citizens to live, or convert to pedophile worship, or die.

The isis muzzie is a murderer. The drone operator is a protector.

    No equivalent at all.

    Reply
    1. Majordomo Pain

It is equal. The terrorists are both fighting illegal wars against those doing legally sanctioned work. Neither Tiller, nor the Air Force drone operator have committed any crime. The two terrorists both committed murder. The conditions are de facto and de jure in equilibrium.

      Reply
  6. Tim Post author

Your example was an attempt at moral equivalency. Nothing more, nothing less. It does not work.

Your alliance with the muzzies will bring you nothing but grief. The massacre in France should teach you something. Play with a viper and you will get bitten.

The people who who work(ed) at that magazine are just as vile an contemptible as the muzzies that murdered them. They share(d) the same hatred of Western Civilization and the desire to bring it down. They just did not get the message that you should not insult your allies.

If this is a popularity contest you guys will lose. This blog has had over 1,000,000 page views since 2010. I would be willing to bet that more eyes see and read our pages daily than yours. But this isn’t at all about popularity is it? From our perspective it’s about journalism and opinion. Sometimes it’s hard news like our coverage of the terror attacks in Paris or our coverage of the Boston Massacre bombing. Other times it’s pure political and social commentary from a Progressive point of view. Pointing out a group of people for being the antithesis of civilized isn’t bigotry it’s called the news. The MSM does it daily when they lead with a crime story and show a black or brown face. When we do it and show a white face you howl. If we did both you’d still howl. When a white man commits a heinous crime you are the first to say he’s crazy or a liberal; if the perp is black or Latino he’s immediately a savage or a thug. Okay, man I get it. I am clear in my thinking enough that if America was a nation of only white conservatives then 100% of the crime would be committed by white conservatives. Anyone with any knowledge of critical thinking can grasp that comment. Now since this is your blog you are free to now insult me. The mistake you made at our place was to call Cavalor a liar. He doesn’t take that from anyone. The bigoted comments really weren’t a big deal; a personal attack on The Boss? Well that gets you a red card immediately. Why don’t you guys put up a stat tracker so we can compete? I’d be delighted to give you some tips on how to drive traffic to your posts so we’d have a somewhat level playing field! Apples and oranges Neocon1. If you want to call The Boss a liar that’s your right, here in your own space, but in ours, sadly, no. In soccer a ref will let you get away with two fouls but the third gets you a card every time. The question is if the card is yellow or red. Yours was a professional foul against Cav’s integrity–straight red.

Now here how you defang a lion. Do blacks commit a grossly high percentage of crimes in America based on the population? Yes. Does this mean white people don’t commit equally heinous crimes? No. Is there a solution to crime among minorities in America? Yes. Is giving people who don’t wish to work money the solution? No. This brings me to the answer which doesn’t have an asked question. Cut them off. I would imagine that would be your solution to the problem of poverty, which to some degree in America is a conscious choice because poor in America isn’t poor in the Third World. So let’s talk Neocon1 on what your America really should look like and how that squares with the personal liberty of all your country’s citizens.

And yet you don’t want your country to be better for everyone. I don’t get it. Spike Lee said yesterday that Americans need an “other” to hate or they would have to deal with their own flaws. I think there’s Truth in his words. I’d like to find some solutions. Poverty and ignorance are difficult almost impossible problems to solve. There has to be a way to assimilate the poor into society as productive citizens. That is what I call progress, no matter the color of the poor person’s skin.

FREEDOM is the CHANCE to make choices, take responsibility, set goals , it is hard work.
You drop out of school, join gangs, have babies out of wedlock take-sell drugs that also is your freedom. However Success or failure is yours to take away from that freedom.

demanding others to pay for your bad choices, give you jobs when you look like a thug, talk like you are from a different planet, pay for your illegitimate, kids is not freedom it is anarchy and communism.
Our country is better for everyone who strives to make it better, turn your neighborhoods into rat infested, shooting galleries, drug dens, is on it’s occupants not society. For each working person last year the burden of welfare was $3,224.44 or roughly 500 billion dollars. I agree there are areas where that money could have been put to use that would have had far better returns, but what do you do with the poor? Churches can’t feed and shelter the poor in full. And I am the first person to agree that welfare should never be a multigenerational career, wheter it is in Chicago or Appalachia. Where could those billions go to help the poor become middle class? My choice would be infrastructure jobs and those who don’t want a 15 dollar an hour job in that line of work would see their benefits end in 2 years similar to the Clinton fix of 1996.

The US has dug it’s self in a financial hole from which it may never recover, that was the leftist, communist plan from the early 1900’s….LBJ’s great society was the beginning of the end, Cloward-Piven was the final destination and bathhouse barry has almost fully implemented that.

Now the muslim commie is flooding our country with muslims and illegal mexican peasants incapable of assimilating, let alone surviving off OPM. To add insult to injury the fucking bastard will slap AMERICA across our collective faces and invite illegal criminals to sit with the MOOCH in MY house of representatives…..
SAD SAD SAD day for Americans….

I think Latino immigrants in a generation will prove to have assimilated better than the first wave of Irish to America did.

Legal Latino immigrants have assimilated quite well. They did the right thing to begin with. Illegals have not assimilated nor will they. Until every single one is faced with reality that the gravy train is over. Until they are forcefully or self deport they will remain a problem.

Both political parties have told in so many words that it is their “right” to be here. Go figure that they take everything that the gub’mint shovels their way and then demand more.

The MN’s of this world are just as guilty in abetting this as the politicians they say they loathe then vote for anyway.

Two of my best friends are Latino, My favorite supervisor was Puerto Rican, and one of the smartest men I worked with. My Friends wife (a total sweet heart) is Guatemalan, and her family are wonderful people. ALL LEGAL, ALL HARD working AMERICANS, ALL ASSIMILATED.

I have many Hispanic friends and acquaintances, there are many in Fla.
.However, one day soon though unless there is a BIG change, the black “community” will turn on them and accuse them of taking “their” jobs, housing, etc.
They will find Hispanics are not as accommodating, cowering, or forgiving as whites are to threats, and violence.
Every Hispanic I know referrers to them selves as white, but Hispanic culturally.

Neo, sooner in my opinion there will be a reset. Those that have prepared will weather the storm. Those that have not will suffer.

Full magazines, sharp blades, they will be your best friends.

Newspaper in trouble for calling Illegal Immigrants ‘Illegal Immigrants’
    By Pedro Gonzales

Oh oh! The Santa Barbara News-Press wrote an article where they dared to call illegal immigrants “illegal immigrants,” and that’s got people mad, and even worse, they hurt some peoples’ feelings!

The News-Press ran the headline “Illegals Line Up for Driver’s Licenses” on Jan. 3, prompting protests and a message painted in red on the wall of the newspaper’s offices. The paper used the term again last Friday in another front page story: “Driving Legal Opens Door to Illegals’ Past.”

News-Press officials have stuck by their choice of language, saying that describing someone living in the country illegally as an “illegal” is accurate, and compared the vandalism on their offices to the deadly attack on the Charlie Hebdo magazine in Paris.

But community groups have denounced the newspaper, calling for an advertising boycott.

“They have a racist perspective and they don’t seem very apologetic about it,” said Savanah Maya, a Santa Barbara City College student and member of People Organizing for the Defense and Equal Rights of Santa Barbara Youth.

Do Blacks Think #Black Lives Don’t Matter on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Day?
    By Ethel C. Fenig

While Oprah Winfrey led a delegation to commemorate the terrible segregation and brutality that existed in Selma, Alabama over 50 years ago, while rich white kids shut down a major highway in Boston to prove Black Lives Matter, while Rev Al Sharpton induced guilt in rich, white liberal Hollywood Academy Award voters for not nominating the movie Selma in every major category, across the country many young black youths shot and killed many other black people during the past three day Dr. Martin Luther King Jr week end. Tragically the following headlines from the Chicago Tribune over the past few days are similar to ones across the country, big cities and small towns.

Two charged in West Side shooting

Boy, 15, held on $2 million bail in Roseland teen’s slaying

4 dead, 13 wounded in weekend shootings

Man shot to death in Gary on Sunday afternoon
